Where are you located?
We are located and ship from Edmonton, Alberta
Do you have a retail location?
We are strictly an E-commerce Company and keep our prices competitive by keeping our overhead costs down.
I’m local, can I pick up my order?
Absolutely, for our local customers convenience, we have a Southeast Edmonton pick up only location. ** Please Note- Pickups are by Appointment Only**
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Our orders are processed in the order they are received- We aim to complete your orders as soon as possible however, there are times that we get a little back logged. Should you require your order ASAP, please select the “rush” option at checkout (there is a fee).
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We sure do! However, due to our shipping partners policies (FedEx, Purolator & UPS) our flat rate cannot be offered alone. There is an additional charge, based on weight, size and location. Click the “PO Box” option at checkout.
Do you deliver locally?
Not currently but it is something we are looking into for the future.
How do we contact you?

Our Text line is (825) 439-2284. Text or email is preferred, that way we can address more than one customer at a time without them being left on hold or waiting for a call back. We also have a contact form on our website.

Why can’t I find your address on your website?

As our pickup location is a residential area, our Business License for that location dictates how many people can come to the area during Business hours. Therefore, to prevent too many people just showing up and us breaching the Bylaw Rules, we only send the address via email to those who are picking up orders and have a time scheduled.

What are your hours?

TUESDAY – FRIDAY – 11AM TO 5PM
SATURDAY- 11AM – 1PM
SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS – CLOSED
We are closed all Statutory Holidays

I forgot to add something to my order, can I contact you to add it?

No Prob! You have 1 hour to edit/cancel your order by emailing us- However, after 1 hour, your order is locked in. If 1 hour has passed and you still need to make a change, you have 2 options
1). You may place a second order and request that it be combined with the original. Overpaid shipping charges (if applicable) over $5.00 will be refunded after your order ships.
2.) You may request, via email, that we cancel/refund your order, so you can place another one. **NOTE** If we do not see your email before your order has a shipping label created, your request will be denied.
If you require a signature, please let us know in the comment section- there is a $2.50 charge for signatures from our shipping partners. No signature, your order will be left at your door- Creation Essentials is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Do you ship to the USA?

We are strictly a Canadian Company and only ship within Canada.

Do you offer Bulk/Wholesale Sizes and Pricing?
Absolutely! We have many Customers who buy bulk sizes and are happy to bring in whatever they need. We do offer Wholesale Pricing to those with larger, consistent orders. We do sell out of our bulk sizes quickly, so we do offer pre-paid options for bringing in items faster than our regular stock order times. Contact us for more information.
I don’t see an item that I’m looking for, do you bring in products that you don’t stock?

We do! We have had many customers come to us seeking certain items/ingredient that we don’t carry, and we are happy to source them out and bring them in 😊
